Worshipers at the Touro Synagogue, its friends, and visitors are invited to a special Touro Synagogue history lecture by Rabbi Meir Soloveichik. Following the talk, attendees are welcome to stay for a Town Hall session with the goal of presenting accurate and up-to-date information regarding the collaboration between Congregation Ahavath Israel and Congregation Shearith Israel to benefit Newport’s Touro Synagogue and its worshipers.
