Portuguese Pirate Purim Parley

For Kids of All Ages (under 5 must be accompanied by an adult)
During Megillah Reading | Dropoff in Elias Room at 8 pm
Come in costume!

Join Baruch-Lev for an evening of swashbuckling fun and Purim learning, during the first megillah reading!

• Reenact the daring deeds of real Sephardic privateers, such as Moses Cohen-Henriques and Samuel Palache
• Chase down Spanish galleons in the Tarshish Paper Boat Races
• Force Bigtan and Teresh to walk the plank
• and sing along to ye old Megillah Shanty!

All ages welcome; children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents are encouraged to arrive at 8:00 pm, to help their children settle in, and then make their way to the Large Synagogue in time for 8:15 pm megillah. 

Parents & other adults are welcome at our late Megillah Reading at 9 pm.
