Baruch-Lev will get us prepared for the upcoming holidays with a unique and fun program. Experience first hand the birth of the State of Israel! Huddle around Shearith Israel’s state-of-the-art shortwave radio, and tune into Kol Yisrael’s historic 1948 broadcast. Snack like a sabra, sing along with the Israel Philharmonic, and relive the hope, joy, and trepidation of the first Israelis. With special “guest speakers” David Ben Gurion, Yitzhak Navon, and Rabbi Isaac Herzog.
