Sephardic Rabbinic Conference at Shearith Israel

Shabbat, August 14-15 & Monday, August 17

In conjunction with the Second Sephardic Rabbinic Conference, which brings together Sephardic rabbis and communal leaders from across North America and beyond, Shearith Israel will host conference participants on Shabbat Shofetim (August 14-15): This will include:

• Young Professionals Dinner with special guest speakers & Rabbi Joseph Dweck
• Kiddush luncheon after services on Shabbat morning
• Special Shabbat Afternoon Class, and
• Seudah Shelishit on Shabbat afternoon

On Monday, August 17, there will be a special lecture by Rabbi Marc Angel, dinner, and a Sephardic selihot concert featuring hazzanim representing a variety of traditions.
