Foretelling the incredible feats of the Mossad and IDF in Iran just a few weeks ago, this informative and gripping 1987 film tells the true story of Elie Cohen, an Israeli civilian who was recruited into Israel’s Secret Intelligence Agency to become a spy in Damascus. Cohen spent years infiltrating the upper echelons of the Syrian government as a double-agent, obtaining secrets that later became crucial in Israel’s victory in the 1967 Six Day War.
