 la Levi\, who is one of the last remaining survivors of the Sephardic Jewi
 sh community of Rhodes. Michael's encounter with Stella spanned more than 
 one hundred Saturdays spread over six years and was as transformative an e

 hort stories to The New York Times\, The Los Angeles Times\, The Atlantic\

  among other publications. He is the author of What Is Missing\, a novel\,
  and The Mighty Franks\, a memoir\, which was awarded the 2018 JQ Wingate 
 Prize and was named one of the best books of the year by The Telegraph and
  The New Statesman. One Hundred Saturdays received the Jewish Book Council
 ’s Natan Notable Book Award and was one of the Wall Street Journal’s t
 op ten books of 2022. A 2020 Guggenheim Fellow\, Frank lives with his fami
 ly in New York City and Camogli\, Italy.\n\nIsabelle Levy\, PhD\, is Lectu
 rer and Academic Program Director and Lecturer at the Institute for Israel
  and Jewish Studies\, Columbia University. She is the author of Jewish Lit
 erary Eros: Between Poetry and Prose in the Medieval Mediterranean (Indian
 a University Press\, 2022) and has published articles in Medieval Encounte
 rs\; La Corónica\; A Comparative History of Literatures in the Iberian Pe
 ninsula\, Volume II\; and Digital Dante. Her research specializes in medie
 val Jewish literature via explorations of the relationships among the Hebr
 ew\, Arabic\, and Romance literary traditions of the medieval Mediterranea
