 ill recreate and sample 3 recipes from this cookbook: a main dish\, side d
 ish\, and dessert.\nAs a special treat\, we will also cook an old Libyan f
 amily dish from our own Vivienne Roumani.\nIn addition to our cooks (chefs
 )\, we’ll need: camera people\, people taking notes\, and other skills.\
