Graduation Kiddush

Let’s spread the good news and celebrate the success and accomplishments of all our graduates from pre-school to PhDs! 

Click here to ensure that we can properly list and congratulate your graduate(s) in our Scroll of Honor. Even if you cannot attend, consider co-sponsoring our graduation kiddush for $180 or just $36.

Eli Aaron, son of Penny Liebman Aaron and Mark M. Aaron, upon graduating from Kindergarten at Alexander Robertson School. He will attend 1st Grade at Abraham Joshua Heschel School.

 

Maxine Ainetchi, daughter of Isaac and Harriet Ainetchi, upon graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College.

 

Charlie Bieler, son of Rushie and Phil Bieler, upon graduating from PS 87. He will attend middle school at The Computer School.

 

Rachel Freilich, daughter of Stephanie and Jonathan Freilich, upon graduating from Ramaz Middle School.  She will attend Ramaz Upper School.

 

Naomi Freilich, daughter of Stephanie and Jonathan Freilich, upon graduating from Ramaz Upper School. She will attend Midreshet Lindenbaum in Israel followed by Harvard University.

 

Matea Frieber, daughter of Laury Frieber, upon graduating from Park East—Elementary School. She will attend Park East—Middle School.

 

Reuben Frieber, son of Laury Frieber, upon graduating from Park East—Elementary School. He will attend Park East—Middle School.

 

Samuel Friedman, son of Zoya and Naftali Friedman, upon his graduation from Kindergarten at Park East Day School. He will attend Park East Day School Elementary School.

 

Sara Goldstein, daughter of Victoria Bengualid and Gabriel Goldstein, upon graduating from SAR High School. Sara plans on spending next year in Israel studying at Migdal Oz.

 

Caroline Guenoun, daughter of Maggie and Andre Guenoun, upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. She has accepted the position of Leadership Development Associate with Mondelez Global LLC, North America Region, starting in August 2018.

 

Amital Kaplan, son of Yael Cycowicz and Matthew Kaplan, upon graduating from Ramaz Upper School. He will attend Johns Hopkins University.

 

Jordan Katz, son of Vicki and Sam Katz, upon graduating from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

 

Mirah Kozodoy, upon graduating from The Brearley School. She will attend the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama Design and Production.

 

Julia Levi, daughter of Amanda Schachter and Alex Levi, upon graduating from Ramaz High School. She will attend the Hartman Hevruta Gap Year Program, followed by Yale University.

 

Hadassah Levinson, upon her graduation from Yeshiva University with an M.A. in Modern Jewish History. She will be applying to PhD programs in Modern Jewish History.

 

Estee Nemetz-Nacson, daughter of Rabbi Steven Nemetz, upon graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School.

 

Elisheva Nemetz, daughter of Rabbi Steven Nemetz, upon graduating from Yeshiva University. She will attend Harvard Medical School.

 

Hillel D. Neumark, son of Susan and Avery Neumark, upon graduating from New York University School of Law with a JD degree.

 

Joseph Bijou, son of Aura Bijou-Plotkin, upon graduating from Heschel High School. He will attend Goucher College.

 

Ruth Malkah Rohde, daughter of Mrs. Lisa and Rabbi Ira Rohde, upon graduating with from UMass-Amherst with a B.S. in Environmental Science with a certificate in Sustainable Business from the Isenberg School of Management.

 

Joe Scheiner, upon graduating from NYU with a Masters in Real Estate Finance.

 

Talia Esther Schulder, daughter of Drs. Lu and Michael Schulder, upon graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University. She was awarded the Stephen Dixon Literary Prize in Writing Seminars, and will continue with freelance writing.

 

Richard Strauss, son of Hadassah Levinson, upon hisgraduation from SUNY Albany with a B.A. in Political Science. He will be applying to Master’s programs.

 

Scarlett Toledo, daughter of Avi Toledo, upon graduating with a Bachelor of the Arts in Education from Tel-Hai College. She will teach high school in Israel next year.

 

Lior Toledo, niece of Avi Toledo, upon graduating from Eliezer Ben-Yehuda High School. She will be joining the Israeli army in August 2018.

 

Joshua Vorchheimer, son of Rachel and  Dr. David Vorchheimer, upon graduating from Abraham Joshua Heschel School. He will attend SAR High School.
