Congregation Shearith Israel invites you to...
TAI CHI
The practice of Tai Chi – a style of martial art which is identified by gentle, low-impact movements – promotes health and longevity, lowers stress and improves balance and posture.
It is a wonderful form of exercise for all ages, especially seniors. You will learn pressure point techniques to help alleviate many common problems, including headaches, arthritis, high blood pressure, constipation, insomnia, depression and anxiety. Our knowledgeable and friendly teacher, Lewis Paleias will instruct the class based on personal needs.

Exercise is very important!  The Rambam said:
“Maintaining a healthy body is among the ways of serving God.”

Suggested donation of $10/class or $50 for every 6 classes
Every Thursday at 11am in the Elias Room
Class will continue throughout the summer
